There’s hype all over that BSNL Dataone is coming up with new plans with unlimited data transfer to compete with private players like Airtel and Reliance. Airtel already has attractive unlimited packages for a mere thousand bucks a month. BSNL Dataone is expected to come up with combo plans for it’s fixed line as well as broadband connections. Currently they’re providing broadband plans starting from a 250 bucks with a cap of 400MB data transfer. With speculation all over BSNL Dataone might just come up with their new unlimited plans by the end of March. Let’s just hope that this time someone with the ‘brains’ makes those tariff plans!

BSNL Dataone had always given unexpected errors and goof-ups. Over the past couple of days, the connection has been to an all time low. I could get connected but wasn’t able to surf in the mornings. In the evenings everything was fine again! Is it the chill?
I didn’t bother calling Support, it sucks!

For the past couple of weeks I’ve been impressed with the kind of speeds I’ve achieved on my BSNL Dataone connection. I feel it’s the best anyone can have for a mere 500 bucks each month. Speeds have not gone below the 246kbps mark for a long time now. I’m really enjoying true broadband!
